Why can’t I just GET UP

So- I have this goal this week to arrive at work at 8 am every day. I set four alarms, woke up for all of them, but still remained in bed. 7:45 I wake up and realize “well I am definitely not getting to work at 8 today.” Here I am… half an hour later.. still laying in bed. Literally frustrated with the fact that I have not gotten up yet. STILL have yet to get up! Why?! Okay I am getting up now.
